Monday

“Monday, monday, can’t trust that day
Monday, monday, sometimes it just turns out that way”  -Mamas & The Papas

Yes, Monday is here.  It arrived early too!  At 3:30am I woke up with a scratchy throat and crusty eyes…ewww!  I’ve been throwing all I’ve got at it today.  After coffee was whey protein then lots of herbs in tea, hot showers (2 so far), herbal chest rub, lemon, lots of lots of water…  A craving for some stewed fruit, I can’t regulate temp too well, it’s very chilly here.  Sat in the sun while the fruit stewed…peaches, blueberries and black raspberries.  I don’t give a hoot about the carbs in the fruit today.  I think I need the antioxidants a whole lot more 😉  Lots of rest…healing up.

Thanks everyone for the helpful input about the WP forums regarding uploading pictures.  I posted in the forum and hopefully will see some answers soon.  Have a great day!
